Ferment Culture (beneficial bacteria) is used for production of Yoghurt, cheese. In this tank we can heat the milk and we ferment with culture. Beneficial bacterias population increase, than we cool the bacterias inside the tank for storing. These bacterias is used for product to fermentation. Therefore this Tank is used for decreasing purchased culture.
